I have never heard about what you are talking about Gina, but it sounds like it has worked for you. I am glad you shared the information as for me I will stick to the old way just to keep myself healthy and know that I will be able to keep it off. Hi Deborah! Hi Gina! I'm glad you joined our group. It's a great group, if I do say so myself - and I do :-)
I'm at 168 lbs. on my way (weigh) down to 115. I started at 180 so I've really made some progress since the beginning of April.
Sometimes it's been easy, and sometimes it's been hard - but all the time it helps to have a place like this to share things.
