Just need to vent
So my daughter had this blanket that she calls her night night. It is just a miniature version of the bigger blanket that we have. Somehow yesterday it vanished. Myhusband and I have searched high and low and there is no sign. I have retraced my steps, but don't believe she brought it inside anywhere. We checked the restaurant we ate at and we called my father-in-laws house, and last we checked our gym in our neighborhood with no luck. She uses this night night to take her naps and to go to bed. She had recently switched to this blanket from another one a few months back and lastnight I had to talk her into sleeping with one of her stuffed animals which isn't even of the same fabric. I don't know what to do, I just feel so bad, because I have no idea where to look anymore we searched our house high and lo and nothing. I hate when stuff like this happens. Hope you are all having a better weekend.

Hi Naomi,

I'm soo sorry this has happened. I hope you find it soon. I know sometimes a toy comes up missing and a week later it shows up. I hope it shows up soon. I'll pray you guys find it.

Thank you Gina. We have made do thus far. We found another blanket no where near the same as the other, but she is taking to it well, and we just keep reinforcing to her that this is her new nighty/night night. So far she is adjusting so I will still be happy if we find it, but I think we might be okay so thank the lord for that.

Thank heaven for children being resilient. My daughter Amaya has adjusted quite well to her new nighty and I have been able to get her to sleep with it without any problems.
