lack of sleep
my 7 mo has for some reason stopped sleeping thru the night. she has almost always slept all night but lately she goes to bed at her normal bedtime of 9pm but gets up about every 2 to 3 hours from then on. she cries like shes had a bad dream and we have to pat her back to sleep. dont know what to do!

My daughter is still doing crying in the middle of the night. She will be 18 months this Friday. Her doctor told me it was seperation anxiety. And I had to assure her that I was still here. After a while it'll stop and then the long nights will be back around 18 months. I'm having some long nights now. She could also be teething. Good Luck!

you may want to try to feed her more during the day. My kids did this and I just gave them more food and it seems to do the trick. If you give her a 6 ounce bottle and cereal before bed, giver her 8ounces.

oh, or teething too. I use the hylands teething tablets and they are AMAZING!!! they get calm in just a few seconds after a couple disolve under thier tounges. Its all natural and my doctor said that its no problem to give it to them. I would ask how yours feels about them before giving them to her though.
