Finding my footing...
I have 2 kids under 4 and have just left my full-time job to develop my home-based buisness. So far, pretty good, but I'm having a hard time setting aside work time. I've tried hiring baby sitters, working early before the kids get up, working late, but I still can't find my groove. Working full time was easier because I could grab a few moments here and there to do things. Now, every moment risks screaming kids or milk spills. Any one have any advise?

I felt the same way when I first started working from home. It got easier once I organized myself and set up a daily schedule which I do my best to follow. I know that with kids, schedules can change at any moment, but for the most part, my schedule works around the kids pretty well. Good luck to you.
