| I've been single since my daughter was about 1, I guess, so it feels like I've always been alone! The father is not in the picture at all and I prefer it that way. Nice to meet you guys! |

Hi Amanda!
I'm the single mom of a seven year old girl, and my daughter's father has never really been involved, so I can relate. In many ways, I prefer it that way, but there are times I feel really lonely, and things are just harder when you have to do everything on your own. I guess it's hard, too, cause I don't have family around. But friends have been very helpful, so I'm lucky in that way. I work full time also. Let me know if you'd like to talk. |
