Hi I am Melanie..Sahm to 3 children..we currently live in South Florida and are moving to the Baltimore area. I am looking for a nice neighborhood to raise kids in and was hoping to find one in Owings mills or Pikesville. Wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me. I want a neighborhood full of kids in a good school district. Thanks Melanie
