Mom new to Miami

I am a mom of 2- a 2yr old and a 6 mth old- and am moving from NY to Miami in Sept. We are looking to relocate to somewhere around Surfside, Miami beach or Key Biscane. My husband will be working downtown on Brickell Ave. I am looking for much needed guidance on many things in the area, but specifically right now, any 2's programs I can enroll my daughter in. Also, any other playgroups I can join as I am very sad to leave a very active group in NY. thanks for any help you can give!
