Help...I have a 17 month old son and his new thing is to bite when he cannot have something. Today we had a n incident at the play area in the mall and a little kid came and pushed him and my son turned and just bit him. I was so embarrassed and didn't know what to do. So I just left after speaking and apologizing to the mom of the kid. Is anyone elses kid biting and any ideas on how to get them to stop? I don't want to be the mom that is screaming at their kid but I also want to completely ignore it either. HELP!

| My girl bit my mom once and she bit her back (not hard or anything) and my girl never bit again. Not that I recommend that treatment or anything but it did work. |

| I tried the bite back treatment...he bit me bak as if it were a game...he is pretty stubborn and strong headed..... |
