I'm down to 169.5 ladies! That means I've lost 10.5 pounds since the beginning of April. My goal is 115. I'm really surprised because all I'm doing is restricting my calories, eating only healthy foods, and drinking enough water to float a battleship. At this rate, I figure that if (when) I plateau, I can start adding in the exercise again to kick it back into gear.
I'm also starting to see some changes in the mirror. I'm not the most observant of people, so I know that when I notice a change it is significant. |
