Sleep Sense?

Because my daughter is still very young I haven't gotten the nerve to actually buy this. It's not hugely expensive but I haven't heard much of it. http://www.sleepsense.net/assessment?gclid=CPruwtGiwJQCFQpjnAodOwdIUg. There are also questions she answers here and there for free at http://www.sleepsense.net/blog. If anyone has actually purchased it and it helped let me know. Otherwise I don't really know to recommend it or not.
