Mother's milk tea
Hey ladies. If you are feeling like you might not have enough milk for you baby, don't give up. There's a tea that you can buy that will help the lactation process. It's call Mother's Milk tea. You can get it at any supermarket in the natural food isle. It's been working great for me. Godd luck everyone. You all are doing a great job, don't give up.=)

I totally agree with Hoa, Mother's Milk Tea really helped me & it doesn't hurt that it's pretty tasty too :)

April, thanks for the reply. How old is your baby? Mine is 7 months. I'm p'lanning on breastfeeding her until she's one. That's what I did with my first one. It's so good for them. I'll talk to you soon.

I also agree, the tea is good stuff. I don't like fennel, but the taste has actually grown on me!

Hi Hoa! My baby is actually already 19 months old & most probably I'll be breastfeeding him until he's 2. I'm a stay at home mom anyway so I fugured, might as well give him the best milk that I can, as long as I'm able... he hasn't really been sick or anything & I seriously believe that its mainly because I breastfed him :)

Wow, I totally respect your dedication to nursing you son. I can only go 1 year. After that I am done. My son hardly gets sick too. I plan on doing the same for my daughter.

Can I also suggest that oatmeal is a great supply booster! Especially in cookies! YUM :-)
