Family Capoeira at the AfroBrazilian Center just started!!!!

This a great class for you and your kids.......

Capoeira is an art form that combines music, singing, dance, martial art
and acrobatics.

It is also culture, exercise and self-discipline. We believe children
like a challenge, like to be noticed and praised, to learn new things
and have fun.
Capoeira can offer all that and more.

It develops self confidence and assertiveness in the child, teaching
them discipline, co-operation within the group and to have a positive
attitude towards other children.
Capoeira is played inside a circle of friends clapping and singing to
the rhythm of traditional percussion instruments that have been used
since the beginning of Capoeira.
