New to the Area

We have just relocated to the Birmingham area from Georgia due to my husband's work. We have a two year old boy, and for the first time since I was 16, I will not be working outside of the home. I need lots of advice on how to raise this wild and high spirited toddler. Would love to get together with other moms and form friendships.
