love to hear what everyone did and if anyone got pampering !!!!!
my husband had to work for the last three days so I was a little down this am because I thought some Mother's day I wish I could have a break but then I thought it could be worse so I tried to think positive and he had just told me I would l not be getting a card.. I was bummed out... and then he showed up on his fire truck with his crew in front of the house with two cards and they all got out and gave me a hug!!! so sometimes I guess it is the little things we hope for!!!!

Heidi, that sounds nice. I got a little pampering- breakfast and a massage, and my husband made an extra effort to take care of our son more so I could do other things I often don't have time for. It was a nice first mother's day for me.
