Dad needs some help

Hi everyone! I am a 1st time dad and am staying at home with my 4 month old daughter, Emily. I am struggling with keeping her occupied throughout the day and am somewhat missing adult interaction. Would love some advice and to join any group outtings that you are having in our area. Look forward to hearing from you!
