| My 8 month old still isnt sleeping thru the night. People tell me I need to let him cry it out & not give him a bottle, any suggestions? |

| Hi Heather! I Try a bed-time routine that he can count on same time every night, such as, bath, massage, pajamas, book, bed. I don't think there's anything wrong with a bottle at bed-time. I let my son nurse whenever he needs to be nurtured to sleep. When he no longer needs that sense of security, he'll quit on his own, or so I've heard/read. Hope this helps! |
