Hello, it has been hard getting a job while being pregnant. I used to work coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, meetings, VIP clients parties. I really enjoyed my job even though I was a very busy meeting tight deadlines and traveling. I miss working! I have been looking for a job I can do at home but everything I found it looks like a scam. Help! |

Most people think that everything on the internet is a scam. However there are far less scams out there then people think. Working from home is tough because you work your own schedule and you have to be committed to actully working. I was offering moms like you a work from home job sending emails and getting paid to from the sales I make. But no one has sent a single email. LOL Anyhow, if yu are good with Internet Marketing you may want to try http://wealthymama.com it free to join and there is a ton of training also. |

I agree, that there are a lot of scams out there...while there are still legitimate businesses as well! I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old son and boy/girl twins who are 15 months old. I found a way to work from home about 6 months ago, and I LOVE it! We are partnered with a very creditable wellness company, and we have lots of support! I don't have to stock, sell, or deliver any products, and there is no huge investment or risk! If you are motivated, which you sound to be, you can request info. from my website and I can share all the details with you with NO pressure. www.freedomhomewithfamily.com |

Hi This first thing I can say is decide what you mean by work from home. There are some things that you can do truely from home and others like direct sales that require you to go out and do home parties. Working from home can be challenging and lonely at times. I find that direct sales is the perfect balance. You can set your own schedule and do the preparty work from home and then you can go out and be with others at the party. This may be something that would appeal to you. If so I suggest checking out my company at www.janecampagna.simplyfun.com. We are a new ground floor family entertainment company.
If you are looking for more traditional work you might look into working for a travel company. I know that there are travel agents who work from home for travel agencies. With your previous background this might be a fit. You could also see if you can find any companies that did what you did that would allow you to do some of the "phone" work for them making arrangments. Hope some of these ideas help and good luck |

Hi there,
There are several scams out there in this world but at the same time there are many legitament businesses out there. The key is YOU are the one that has to do the research on the companies and types of businesses. I would say that any company who cannot tell you from the get go what they do is not worth checking out. I am not into those websites that show you all the people and how it changed their lives....but they do not tell you the name of the company or what they do? Not for me because I figure if they cannot be upfront then there is a reason for that.
Here is how I look at things...Find something you are truly passionate about. I honestly didn't know what I was passionate about but found something that I didn't even realize it but did after thinking about how health conscious I was and just using all organic, etc. By the way, I do Arbonne as my business and will tell you a little about it if you want to know. I am just trying to help you in telling you what I did with my search.....Secondly, do your due diligence on each business you look into. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau. And if they are a Network Marketing company check them out on the Direct Selling Assoc. website (they are the watch dog to all Network Marketing companies) And just look them up on the web and find out what it is they do and how they rate. Also, make sure it is something consumeable. My background is finance and I have a very solid background on in investments (mutual funds, stocks, etc.) And the safe investment is and was always a consumeable product...so when the market was rough investors put their money with the consumeable products (P & G, Colgate, etc) So look at something that is replaceable and not a one time buy. Look at something with options on how you can run your business because what you might think is for you might now be but you may like the company. Obviously look at the investment you have to make. Lastly, look at the compensation....do you need to know a million people to make money?
So I could have rambled on and on....sorry for the long message. That is just my word of advice.
Like I said I do Arbonne and I love the products, I love the people involved in this business with me and I am very passionate about it. I have to say I never thought I would be working with a network marketing company because of my background and just the scams I have seen BUT...here I am and I love it. I truly put in about 10-12 hours a week and make descent money (nothing near what I used to) but I blame that on myself. I didn't put in 100% like I would have because I was a slacker. But it is still something I plan to make as my plan A someday so I am officially 110% in and moving.
I wish you the best of luck on your search and if I can help in any way, shape or form please don't hesitate to message me.
Take Care! |

I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids under the age of 3! I have a 2 month old baby girl and a 2 year old little boy! So, for me, it was nearly impossible for me to even think of working outside of the home, paying for pricey childcare. Not to mention, I just wanted to be the one there for my kids, and raise them myself! I finally found an incredible and legitimate company that has blessed my family in so many ways, and I am so passionate about everything about it! I LOVE helping others be home with their kids too!
