Potty training bribs
Okay ladies I have a question for you all. I'm a big fan of the show Jon and Kate plus 8 and on an older episode I saw that they used m&m's for a reward when their kids went on the potty. I thought this was a great idea and would work great for my 27 month old daughter because she LOVES chocolate but doesn't get it often. Well we use 1 m&m when she pees and 2 for when she poops and she always asks for it as soon as she's done. Well she's doing so well with the potty training now that we recently switched to big girl underwear during the day(she wears pull ups for nap and bed). She's going on the potty all day long so that means she gets at least 10 piece of chocolate a day. I want to cut it out completely at some point because once she's completely potty trained she's still going to expect it. They never told you on the show how they did THAT!!! I'm afraid if we stop giving them to her she will start using the potty less and I don't want her to regress because we've made so much progress in such a short amount of time. What can I do???
