Cloth diapers
Public online group

Hi!
Hi! I just got a pack of cloth diapers this last weekend. I heard from a friend that she was using them and thought it to be a good idea. I had no idea how many different kinds there were. I also had no idea about the diaper liners and the plastic covers. I thought it would good for potty training, since they have to be changed more often and they feel so much different. I have already noticed that my son is urinating less though. Has anybody experienced this? I am scared if he holds it he will get a urinary tract infection. Thanks for your comments in advance.

Hi and welcome - I love my cloth just wish I had known about them with my oldest two. There are alot of types and brands out there it is a matter of finding what works for your little one. As for urinating less - are you sure it is actually less somtimes disposables tend to seem wetter because the gel ( or whatever is in the brand) tends to expand when wet. As long as he is urinating regulalry then he should be fine (though I am not a doctor) I do know that you tend to change cloth more often so somtimes it seems they are not as wet because you are changing more often. If you have any other questions let us know or if you find a diaper you just love feel free to share
