Hello I am new to this site and just moved to a new town and dont really know anyone and I am looking for a friend for me and my 3 year old little girl I live in Lewistown Pa
Hoping maybe to find a playmate for her and get to know some new people and this group sounds like a great bunch of people |

sorry Hi again I hit the send button before done.... A great way to meet people is the parks and also this site and others play groups are good as well.. I have a almost 2 year old and 5 year old and sometimes it is tough to meet new people .. stay positive , I know sometimes it is just nice to have this site to just talk and have people going thru the same things you are... keep up the good work.. Hopefully there will be some people in your area... also, that find groups on this site I noticed might have some play groups in your area. Also your local library might do a story hour and that might be a good way too..

| Hi Christine! I had a hard time finding new friends in the town I move to. I decided to start a playgroup for my area. I've been managing the group for only 2 weeks and there is already 7 members and about 10 kids. We are planning to meet this Saturday and we are also planning a book club. I think maybe you should try this. You have nothing to loss. If you would like to know how to do this just post here and let me know. Hopefully I can be some help to you. |
