Summertime, And the livin' is ....

...complicated! Taking Daniel to work and picking him up; hubby taking a week's vacation; doing math every day; spiders & wasps & snakes (Oh my!); anticipating a week for me away from home to care for my elderly grandmother; golfer here, golfer there, golfers, golfers everywhere; a/c problems; going to the pool; new puppy; who drank the last of the Crystal Light and didn't make anymore!; everyone wanting to be on the computer at once; going to the pool and finding out it's closed...again!...whoever wrote that song must not have had family to do for if he thought summertime livin' is easy. How's your summer going?

Summer?? What summer?? Around here, we've only seen the sun maybe three times so far. On the rare occasion it has stopped raining, by the time we get our swimsuits on, its raining again! And our academic load for the summer turned out to be a little heavier than I first intended so we're quite busy there. But since we can't go outside much we might as well learn something eh?? But really, I love summer and a cool wet one is a nice break from the hot ones we usually have here. Though at some point its going to stop raining and start getting hot. I just hope by then its not too late to take back my garden from the weeds. :)

We have been busy going here and there. No real time to relax too much LOL. That and the weather here is crazy. On day it's raining and the next it's 90 degree's with lots of humidity. Today and yesterday were pretty nice though.
