New here--intro.

Hi! After 5 years of trying, I am mother to a beautiful, happy 8 moth old girl named Eliana (pronounced Ellie ah nuh). We are so thrilled to finally be parents and even more thrilled at what a wonderful child she is!! We found out recently that Ellie had a stroke (probably in utero) and she has mild hemiplegic (one sided) CP--I suspected early on and was actually relieved at this diagnosis since the early talk was autism. We cloth diaper, co-sleep with, and wear our little trooper!

Hi Lisa, and welcome! I'm an infertility survivor also. You have a gorgeous little girl. Isn't it nice to know that you are doing the best thing for your daughter? I'm glad that you are here to support and be supported.
