Quick/Easy workouts
If you are unable to get to the gym and have Comcast with onDemand feature you are in luck!! There is a section for Exercise TV and a whole bunch of exercise choices. Really good one to try is the Quick, 10-minute workouts. I use these all the time. They work different areas of your body. You can pick from easy to difficult, best of all you can even choose dancing for exercising. Check It Out!!

Well ladies I checke dout the free workouts on tv that Kristina sugested. I did one just for moms workout and that worked out my entire body and then I did two sessions of ab/core workouts. It was deffinetly a workout. My abs were feeling the strain. If anybody else has comcast you should try it out, it is a plus on those days you can't go anywhere.
