Seeking excercise with fellow Moms

Is this in Delaware County or in the city of Philadelphia? I live in the suburbs and am a new mother to a 4 month old boy. I love to walk outdoors. There is a terrific paved trail I know of for strollers too. I saw three mommies walking but was too shy to approach and ask them to join. I'm ready!
