Hi! I am a stay at home / work at home mom, and I have no social life outside of work!! What do you do to unwind/relax/get out - p.s. - my friends are pretty much my coworkers - and they are in other states!! Also - I dont have a car all week. So 2 am grocery shopping is pretty much my social life. And now I'm dieting so the joy is sucked right out of that!!!
Also - If you are wanting to work from home feel free to email me ! It absolutely works if you work it! And don't let Anyone tell you you can't do it! I AM! You just have to figure out how! |

| I work from home also and I babysit.. so I am right there with you on the needing a break idea. My favorite escape is to take a hot bath and read a book while the babies are sleeping. This is so relaxing. |

hey Ann!! I am Heidi at I am a stay at home mom. what do you do from home work wise??? also, sometimes to relax I try to take a walk and just get out . I put my kids in a wagon and just walk around the neighborhood and sometimes neighbors are out and I just talk and just get out for a while!!
also non-fat sugar free yogurt is good I do that when I am dieting and then my kids love go-yogurts? on the spelling?

Ahh, too far from Wisconsin...but we have same problem. Not just getting out but finding friends to play with. I know you're pain! ; )

| Yeah My two year old speaks reallly well because all we had to do all day was read and talk o each other!! She's like a little buddha of weird kid wisdom. That, and she is addicted to Kipper The Dog - so she has a teeeeensy (ok major) English Accent!!! ---(and I am so strict about TV - I swear!!) She just loves him so much she has to talk like him!!! |
