| Hi! I work from home and I dont have a car 6 days a week either (my hubby works constantly) What do you other sahm 's do to get out without the babes?? My team members are my only social life!! ~~thank god for work!! |

| That is a good question. I really don't have an answer or even a suggestion unfortunately. I was just wondering what kind of work you do from home. I am a working mom & have been trying to figure out something that I can do from home. If I think of something I will definitely post it for you. It's not really without the little one but how about friend or family member coming to pick you both up for lunch, or taking a walk to a nearby park. |

| Yea, my mom comes over alot! My house is on her way home from work - so we see her alot. Sometimes she reads thea her bedtime stories! But seriously... what do ther moms DO for fun?? I really really cant ever see myself going to a "club" !!! |

| Sometimes your library will have little baby story time programs...I met a couple people that way, and made good friends with a girl who I walk with every morning with our babies. I also started working on a scrapbook of her first year, but it's taking me FOREVER because I only can work on it 10 minutes at a time. I live 2,000 miles away from all of my family members--if I lived closer to them I would go and spend a lot of time with them. :( You could also check out baby swimming classes or group stroller exercising (like strollerstrides.com) or something like that? Good luck, and know you're not alone!!! |

When my kids were smaller once in a whilte I would have my husband babysit and would go to the movie with a friend. I love to do that...for two hours I did not have to think about kids just concentrating on the movie.
Let me tell you I would choose my movie very carefully...because I could see so few!
