1. Beautiful sunny day...we were outside all day!
2. Our neighbors gifted my little ones some toads, they thought they were cool.
3. The birds are singing...we saw a bright yellow one in our birdbath.
4. Uncle Jason donated $43 towards our treehouse fund!
5. Was able to start reading a new book, Buddha in Your Mirror.
6. It is adult time now, Ernesto and I get to relax together with a movie and icecream... |

1. Gorgous day outside and my family spent all day in the sun.
2. Got my new picnic table and fire pit set up in the yard.
3.Got our garden planted (I love picking fresh veggies from my back yard.
4. Got to spend the day seeing my little boy run,jump,play and be happy.

Yesterday, I noted these but didn't get to post them:
Bought fresh sourdough bread from the bakery, and boy was it good
Had time before work to have oatmeal with Nia, and watch her smile
Family sent home some strawberries with me that are really delicious
Nia started laughing at me while we were at the gas station, and it made me stop thinking about going broke on gas money.
Today:
My husband's and my only day of week to have a morning together, so we stayed in bed later and miraculously, Nia slept longer too.
Took the baby to the pet store to buy catfood, and watched the birds and hamsters together.
Watching Nia walk her great-grandma around the halls at the hospital (GGma has just had heart surgery), holding her great-one's cane and 'helping' her. All the nurses were chuckling and it made everyone smile.

Well, yesterday was a fun day.
- Breakfast with my hubby and our son at a new breakfast place - Anthony loved his blueberry pancake.
- The playground was fun - it was such a beautiful day weather-wise - sunny and warm
- Later in the day in the backyard, Anthony would slide down his Little Tikes slide, laugh, then crash into Mama giggling the whole time.
- A long nap in the afternoon gave me and hubby some alone time
- I made a yummy stuffed chicken dinner

| Today I enjoyed sitting on my swing in the back yard and watching my son play while I read a book. It was perfect and I actually got to read several chapters of a book for my on-line book club. |

Enjoyed feeding and caring for our animals.
Felt good getting all the kids bathed and clean, now they're even more beautiful!
The laundry is on its way to being unpiled up! Thankful for the luxury of washing machines!
Our first remodeling project is finally starting to look good!
A project my mom and I have been working on is coming together, the Universe is magical!
Took time to enjoy a quiet night to myself! |

Today...
1) Came home and my daughter squealed happily and ran to hug my leg
2) Awesome first class tonight for my teaching credential work
3) Many little tomatoes starting on my two little plants
4) Getting home and being able to honestly say when my husband asked about work, "there were things that happened today that would normally have gotten to me, but it didn't today, I don't really care about it"
5) I'm believing that what I'm working towards, hoping for, is going to happen.

the sun is out,
it is not raining,
opened the windows,
fresh air fills the house,
met with a friend,
made some summer plans...watch out Iowa Falls, here we come! |
