Hi there Georgia and welcome. I am pleased that you chose our group. The things that have been working best for me is eating healthier in smaller portions (6 times a day), I eat some junk here and there, but in SMALL amounts. (its hard at first, but it gets easier), I work out about 5 times a week for 30 minutes (mostly running). I also drink mostly water, if it is anything else it is either diet or skim milk. The best thing I could suggest is that you involve your whole family. Eating healthier doesn't mean the food is nasty. There are many recipes you can find online and if you eat a lot of red meat try to change it to turkey or chicken. We use ground turkey for burgers, meatloaf, and pasta dishes and I like it better then ground beef. I hope some of this helps. I wont keep yapping. Let me know how your doing. Welcome again.
