*Yours, Mine & Ours....*
Yes, I know the feeling. I have 2 from a previous relationship and my partner has 3 from a previous relationship. So together, we have the struggles of a busy home...with kids as the MAIN source of entertainment and discussion.....and yet here I am at work, still looking at kid stuff, lol!

I grew up with divorced parents, and with both remarriages there were 10 kids in my family. My parent had 4 and both my step parents had 3. I did not realize how hard it was to be a parent and a step parent and couple. I understand what you mean, about looking at kid stuff, I think that the kids have taken over my life:) I love it though.

Any secrets to helping the kids all get along? I have 11 and 4 year gilrs, he has an 8 year old girl. The 8 year drives the 11 year old nuts, and the 4 year old drives the 8 year old nuts. Which I think is causing me to lose intelligence..lol

Well, I can't say that I could offer advice for getting the 8year old to accept the 4 year old because I am struggling to with a 5 year old (his) to get along with my 2 year old girl. The boys ALL seem to get along so easily...from the one yearold to the 10 year old...but the girls. I tell the 5 year old all the time to think like the 2 year old thinks of her as a movie star...and wants to be just like her...that is why she follows her around....
