Hi- I am new to the area- just bought a house in Salem, MA near the downtown area. I don't know my way around that well as of yet. I have a one year old daughter and newly pregnant with one on the way (not due until winter). I would love to get my daughter Emma in some play groups in the afternoons. She still takes a good AM nap. Any suggestions, locations, times, and activities going on?? Thanks!

I live in Peabody right now but lived in Salem for 25 years. I have a 10 month old daughter and a 6 yr old son. I would love to get the kids together some time. My son really likes the Salem Willows we go there and they feed the birds and squrals my son will ride his bike and on occation they go on the rides or play in the arcade. Plus there is always something going on downtown during the summer. |

Hi Kristin,
I live in Salem and am also interested in finding an afternoon activity for my daughter (21 months). It would be fun connect with other moms on the Northshore. Welcome to the area! |

Hi- I don't check this much any more as I have gotten so many "strange emails"- I joined Parents United of Salem. org- Join that as their are some great Mom's and children of all ages- Crunchy Granola Baby on Washington St in Salem has a meeting from 9AM-11AM Friday mornings too- it is a good place to start. Are you in Salem? My parents are in town this coming week/ next week so I won't be going next week and then we are out of town after that so maybe we could meet up in a couple weeks? Take care. |
