Hi everyone. Hope all is well. Lets all post updates on how our kids are doing, big or small steps, all is important.
Well my 2 year old we just registered to start daycare in August, we are excited about this big step for him since he hasnt been in daycare yet. I am also a little sad since on my days off, I have 3-4 a week, he wont be home with me, but that is also a good thing.
My second son is now 10 weeks old and doing good he sleeps about 10-12 hours at night. He is laughing and smiling alot. In less than 2 weeks I have to go back to work, a sad time, I love being home with my boys and seeing all the small things he does. But its time, we need money coming into the house.

| Hi everyone! I haven't been on here in a while, but I'll be checking in more often now. James will be 2 in July and is growing fast! He says more and more words every day & has recently started singing songs which is so cute. We have started the long process of potty training recently, so that is a big change for us all. That's about it, really! |

Well, we are surviving. I have been searching for scheduled activities for the kiddies, and it's just wearing me out. We've also done a little shopping here and there, to break the boredom, and have spent way too much money. I hope our groceries last for a while to help balance it out. >oops<
The kids are good, driving me batty at times, but good. Jake is repeating so many more words, saying more on his own, and answering questions (with the appropriate answers) all good!
His newest thing is so cute.. when he wants something he can't reach, or he can't get a toy to stay together or his train on the tracks, he says, "help help" in this cutesy high voice way. He also pretends to be falling or dangling off the roof of the playhouse, and hollers, "help help!" I love it. C'mon language!
Sammi is good, more bossy and demanding lately... guess that's all par for the course for a 4 1/2 yr old girl. My only girl, and boy is she something else! LOL
Cody is holding his own... he got in trouble again last week, but I maintained my cool, and just giving him the opportunity to make it right without the strain of being grounded etc. He seems to have kind of grounded himself. ok.... I can live with that. :o)
Tired, overworked, overwhelmed and broke.. that pretty much sums me up for now. Hope to catch up with you all soon! |
