My daughter did the same thing for about 3 months (starting at 11 months). She has just recently stopped. Everything I have read says potty train at about 18 months+, but we have friends from Europe that already have there 13 month old potty trained! I tried it and she kept crawling off the potty.... I think we will be waiting for a while. Good luck... you might just have to fight it out for a couple months!

(Sorry I know that isn't the advice that you wanted to hear! :)

Have you tried turning the diaper around on her then maybe it will distract her enough to forget about it. To keep our son still I would give him a small pump of lotion & tell him to rub it in on his cheeks, that & leting him brush his teeth ( nighttime after bath diaper). Good luck

I think every child is different, or course, but I think potty training should start around age 2. Some children made be ready earlier, but not all. I think it is also very important to wait until you know your child is ready to potty train. If he/she is not, it will just be a strain on you and him.

Good luck with everything!
