We are going to check out the Start with Art program tomorrow at the Eustis Museum of Art. Caddy-corner to City Hall.
Here is the info...
Title: Start with Art for Toddlers and Parents
Instructor: Museum Staff
Dates: Fridays 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Cost: $3 per participating child. No registration required
Parents and young children will enjoy a weekly morning at the Museum for fun and socialization. Wee ones can engage in activities at their own pace such as finger painting, coloring, children’s art books, and so much more. Parents can partake in coffee and conversation with other adults while looking on as their little ones reatively play and interact with one another

We went to storytime at the Mt Dora library this morning, Jake did ok, he was a bit too squirmy to sit still, so we had to move "out of the circle" and after that, he did great. There is only one more next Thursday, then they are done for the summer. They will have other programs, but I think they won't be of much interest to my young ones.
Also, I wanted to let you know about the Mommy and Me classes at the Eustis Methodist Church.

Mommy and Me
First United Methodist Church of Eustis, 600 S. Grove St., has started its 10:30 a.m. Wednesday Mommy and Me program for preschoolers, toddlers and babies. The 30-minute class is free and features active play, Christian songs and rhythm instruments.

We are going to check that out for next week.
