Hang in there. you have alot of stress in your life. Have you tried exercise to treat your depression, it has always been a great stress and anxiety release for me. I like to take walks, bike ride and workout at the gym. Their are lots of gyms out there with childcare that is cheap. You get a 2 hour break from your kids and you can even go to the hot tub and sauna, if they have one.

On another note, I had my tubes tied with my last child also. I understand the sadness that comes with that. I often question my decision. Was it the right one. If i could do it over again, I would not have done it.

We could always get out eggs removed and implanted in out uterus. we still have options. A good freind also gave me the Idea of being a foster mom or adopting a child in need. Some day, maybe i will.

I have the flip side of your life, my husband is around all the time. It just ads to my anxiety and stress. There is such a thing as too muchs of a good thing.

remember you are not alone.

take care, Lisa
