Mom's Morning Out?

Does anyone in the Golden Triangle are know if there is a mom's morning out program? I would really love for my son to get some exposure to other kids in an indoor, classroom/playroom type setting for language exposure. My 4 yr old daughter could use some time with friends too. Plus, I could use a few minutes to myself once in a while. I don't want the commitment and cost of a daycare (registration fees, weekly rates, etc) I just want an accredited church or part time daycare for a morning or two per week, and maybe not every week.. ya know? What about drop off centers? Is that place at the mall a drop off center, or is it a daycare/preschool that you have to register for and pay all kinds of fees? Does anyone know about it? Thanks for your help ladies! Any info is greatly appreciated!
