My son of 27 months old is a very loving and friendly toddler. He likes to hugh!!! too much I think. He just started his school and when everyone arrives he is the greatter! Huhgs and kisses. I feel a little weird to see other parents looking at him like if it that is ok??. We hugh him a lot and kiss. He even think kissing in the mouth is the only way bc when the 3 of us hugh and kiss each etheir he sees my hubby doing in the mouth and he thinks is the only way!!! We are telling him to kiss on the chic but hopeffully soon will understand. When he sees babies woow!!! he gets so happy and put a very paternal face!!
It is normal?? Is he missing more love??? Gwad we say We love you a lot and hugh him a lot. He is the first grandchild so he has a lot of love around. Please hope someone can give me any advice
Hi is just a normal kid. my daughter is the same way. he deff is not missing love. he knows the people around him love him and he wants to share that with other people. ignore everyone else. you have a bighearted little boy on your hands and be proud of it.
My son is two and the same way, especially when he sees a baby.Or his playday teacher and our neighbor I guess he just does that to everybody that he sees us being friendly with. Yeah when he goes for the mouth on people I try to say on the cheek but we kiss him so he just thinks thats the way you do it. You can't really tell them not to show his feelings or he may just stop all together, let him be who he is, I sometimes think parents think why is that kid so lovey lovey but getting such positive attention at home is a GOOD thing I think and it reflects. As they get older they will understand more about boundaries.
