You can steam/boil some veggies - cut them in small pieces. Cheerios are also a good way for them to start learning to feed themselves. Wheat bread. There are some items at the supermarket/target/walmart that dissolve very easy ( read the back of them of you are very concerned about sugar, etc....) I was very concerned of products having too much sugar but since my baby is so picky i just want to be sure she eats=).! But if he is not so picky i would steam carrots, veggies. spaghetti, cut in small pieces. You can also give him a spoon to start feeding himself, its very messy but he has to learn somehow=)

My 9 month old doesn't have teether either. She loves Gerber Graduates Pasta Pick-ups (the ravioli's). I cut them in quarters since they are a bit big for her, but she is still able to pick them up herself and mash them between her gums. We have also given her some of whatever we are eating...small pieces of chicken, veggies, potatoes...she makes a mess, but it's very cute!

Not even one? Wheh! I hope for his little mouth's sake they don't all come in at once...ouchie! :0)
Well, my pedi told me that anything a senior person could eat without their teeth in, he could eat. lol. I know, kinda weird way to describe it, but it actually helped me decide. Any soft veggie, soft fruits like those diced pears that graduates does..just cut them once more, anything that'll desolve like graham cracker. Just help him know what to do the first few times when it comes to the crackery type things. The Gerber website has a chart that may help you too! Oh, beans are great for toothless ones...good protein and perfect for little fingers!
