Have your tried the gerber puffs and wagon wheels - they melt away pretty quickly. also bannanns cut up, pretzals can be gummed, those hard thin italian breadsticks. pasta is pretty soft - mac n cheese ( i usually do homemade) hope this helps alittle

we love peas! I boil frozen peas for like 5 minutes (like the bag directs) then i just slightly smush 'em with my fingers when i put 'em on her tray. My daughter also does well with toast , and sometimes I put a very thin coat of peanut butter on it. Before she had her front teeth, I'd tear it into bits for her, now she can pull it apart with her teeth herself. Also, sometimes, i just let my daughter have at it with a bowl of baby food. Most of it is thick enough that she can actually scoop it up with her fingers ... it's a huge mess, but she loves it.... and some of it makes it to the mouth! |

Wanted to add that all this is great for developing manual dexterity and pincer grasp. |
