sad
Hey there ladies. I am so sad today. In case you don't know my husband and I weigh in on Friday's after our workouts. I weighed myself this morning and I have gained a pound. This is so upsetting after I had lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and then to see this. My only hope is that I gained muscle and not fat. On the bright side my husband lost another pound, but isn't it easier for men to lose weight? I am not giving up. I just need to work a little harder and change my routine. I hope all of you are doing well let me know how things has been going.

good for you! usually you lose weight and then gain some formthe muscle you are building so,hopefully that is what is happening. I don't know how long you have been working out but don't let it frustrate you. Next week I finally go for my 6wk check-up so hopefully I will be able to start running again.

Thank you Piper. That is what I am hoping. I have been working out for about 2 months now. I am not sure exactly how much I have lost since I have only had a scale for the last month. I am just devistated that you can work so hard and gain a pound. It is crudy but I will keep on so that I can get where I want. The good news is that I fit into my pre pregnancy slacks that I bought. I am very excited for that. I hope that you will be given the clear to exercise. It is very stress relieving for me even though my daughter is there she is very well behaved. Thanks again.
