I just had my son 5 weeks ago and I am getting frustrated about loosing the extra weight! I know that I shouldn't be as frustrated as I am but I keep thinking about when I had my 1st child I was fitting into my "Fat"clothes when she was 4 weeks and I am still in maternity clothes and I started walking 2 weeks ago and nothing! any suggestions other than stop stressing?
LOL well stressing does create chemicals to keep the weight on. make sure you are eating healthy foods. lean meats and whole grain and lots of fruits and veggies. My daughter is 9months and it takes a lot longer with the second than with the first. Hope it helps. We can loose weight and get back to where we want to be.
