When we started potty training and Ashlynn got to the point where it was time for the nighttime potty training we woke her up every 2 hours for a couple of weeks so she understood that she needed to get up and go during the middle of the night instead of peeing the bed. We also just put her in panties and that helped out a lot!! After about 2 weeks if that she was doing it on her own. We also had a potty chair right next to her bed so she didn't have to go too far since it was the middle of the night. Good luck!! |

Dr. told me not to let my son drink anything an hour before bed time and wait for him to take there bathroom break before bed.Sometimes i have to wait till 9 or ten past his bed time;which is 7 just to get him to go, but he's only wet the bed once and he had the flu when he wet the sheets. He is two and fully trained during the day as well. |

My daughter Ashlyne will turn 2 in 10 more days, She is fully potty trained during the day.......We do not wake her at night, but still put a diaper on her just in case , but she is normally dry in the morning.....I totally agree w/ not giving them anything to drink before bed. When she does have something to drink thats when she wakes up wet. Although she has woke me up a couple of times in the middle of the night to use the potty :)
Good Luck !!!!! |
