How many places do you have to visit on Monther's Day
Do you have to see your mother, your mother -in-law, and still try to celebrate yourself on Mother's Day?

Yes, We have to visit everyone and their mother, literally!
I wish I could just have the day to myself. I know they went through what all mothers go through and did a great job and sacraficed, but their kids are all grown up now. I have a one year old and need a break! I want to send a card and flowers, make a few phone calls and have the day to rest and celebrate myself! I know it's selfish but I'm just being honest.

Brooke, that is NOT being selfish, it is being honest. I feel the exact same way, I am now a mom of a very active two year old boy and I want to spend the day at the park with him or doing fun things but instead we will be traveling 45 minutes to my MIL's then back to my moms then to my grandma's house (she helped raise me and is like another mom) then I get to come home and still get everything done for the work week. Happy Mother's Day right!!!!!
