Hello! My name is sheryl. I am a mom of 2 boys. My boys are 7 and 9. I still have the baby fat from being prego. I would love to loose my tummy. I just don't know of any diets to help with that. Does any one have any suggestions? Thank-you! Sheryl
First off Sheryl let me welcome you to the group. My husband and I have been working out for a little while now. I am not sure exactly how much I have lost, however, I got a scale about half way through the time we started working out and I have lost a total of 10 pounds. Yes ladies I lost another three this past week. Thank the lord I am getting close to my goal finally. The biggest suggestion I could give you is to drink lots and lots of water and eat healthy and in moderation (this is very key). Another thing that I find to be helpfuly is cutting off a time when you eat. I am not sure how willing your husband is to eating healthier but when you have somebody who is willing to do it with you it makes it easier.
