What was your favorite part of the book, or the part where you were just completely shocked? |

I'm a dork (and this proves it LOL) but I think my favorite part is when Yelena and Valek were snuggling in the dungeon. That kind of love is sweet I think--when you can literally be surrounded by the worse conditions possible and you are just enjoying being together. |

I thought for sure that when Yelena was feeling those deep pains in her stomach and asked Valek to keep talking to her to keep her mind off of dieing, which I thought was going to happen . Then she fakes it while the guards drag her out of the cell and the both excape. |

I would have to agree with the other posts. I really like the part in the dungeon when Valek and Yelena are together. I waited the whole book for them to get together and it finally happened. I guess I am a sucker for romance but I can't help it. |

I like the part where Yelena and Valek get together too. I also liked the part when she played the fugitive for the stragity game. It was very daring and unexpected that she would move around through the tree tops. I was suprised when the commander turned out to be female. |
