Im new to the site so I wanted to post a message. I have a son whose going on 15 months. His name is Wyatt. I live in Allentown, Pa. I've been looking for play groups and toddler programs for my son but i haven't found much. It seems most of them are for ages 2 and up.

| Welcome to the group, I just want to let you know about a feature that RaisingThem offers, at the top of your screen is the Parents tab and there you can search for all parents that belong to the entire website by your zip code. This is a great way to find parents in your area and maybe some of them will have children the same age as yours. I live in a fairly small town and I was able to locate 12 women and now I have a great network of playdates for my son. As a matter of fact his schedule is almost busier than my own LOL.. Thank you so much! I'm sure that will help me. Every time we go out, my son looks at other children and tries to communicate with them. He also has a cousin thats 3 who he loves to be around so I figured it was about time I look for other kids for him to be around. Since I live in an area where I don't know many people, especially people with kids its been hard.
I was looking at your profile and I used to live in Indiana. I know where Laporte is. I used to live in Star City, near Winamac. My parents still live there. I also have alot of family in Chicago so I know the area you are in.

| Did you move for a job? Yeah, the area is small and I was shocked that there were so many parents in my town that belonged on this site. It has been such a help. well good luck and keep in touch. |

| welcome to the group I am a sahm to a 2 yo daughter. It is hard in my area to find things fo my daughter because we are from such a small area. |
