Hello Mommies! I will be in your area...PCSing there in Jan 2009. I was looking at some PPV housing communities. Could you please help me and inform me of the good ones to reside? I am looking at the following: Helemano Community Porter Community Kalakaua Community Will it take long to live in these communities? We qualify for 3 bedroom and hubby is E-5.

Hi, This place isn't an active place at all and I actually forgot that I was a member here until I saw a notice about your posting. lol! Anyway, been here since January so I don't know a ton about the housing communities except for solomon where I live. It's near the new housing in kalakaua. new but old housing is what I would call it. It's not bad, your average 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse. there are some groups on yahoo that I belong to and this one is one of the best that I found. The ladies on there are great and full of any kind of information you need. it's military wives in hawaii this is the link to the home page if you want to sign up or check it out. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MilitaryWivesinHAWAII I don't know how much help I can be but I can try and help you out any way that I can.
