Earth Day is Tuesday...what are you doing?

What will you do to celebrate Earth Day on Tuesday? I asked my girls, and they want to "clean up the earth", so we will be cleaning up our yard and our street, too. My daughter learned about Water in her kindergarten class and we will be talking more about how important water is in our lives and how lucky we are to have it readily available to us. Our cleaning lady also comes on Tuesday am, and we use all biodegradable and safe cleaning products...so that fits, too! I have been focusing on driving less. While I don't drive very much, I still try to lessen my carbon footprint. We are also trying to eat more local food...trying to become locovores! No more produce from out of the country tainted by who knows what!!! Anyway, I look forward to hearing back from you on what you are doing to celebrate!!!
