Any advice on teething?
My 15 month old is finally cutting teeth and they are all coming it at once. Well at least the front 4 are cutting through. Poor baby and she hates orajel nor does she like anything in her mouth. She won't eat and doesn't chew on anything I offer her.

have you tried to give her a frozen washcloth to suck or chew on? also with my lil girl i tried to give her popsicles and freezup to suck on and try to give her ice cubes. i hope that these suggestions work for you

Have you tried Hyland's teething tablets? They dissolve in the mouth and I guess they don't taste bad because the kids take them willingly.

Also my kids liked frozen waffles and frozen mixed veggies.

A little baby tylenol goes a long way.
Also, my son liked the teethers that you put in the freezer - find one with hard plastic to hold and soft plastic to chew so the whole thing doesn't get too cold.
Good luck - poor baby.

I suggest if the tylenol's not working switch to infant motrin it seems to last longer and quicker , it helped my son he got all his teeth at once too!, but he had all of them by the time he was one.

I didnt use tylenol or motrin alot.I mean I used em but only at night.I preferred the cold frozen stuff for Lexi to gnaw to death.A friend of my hubbys told him to buy some waffles and freeze them solid and give them to Lexi.Omg she loved it.

Lexi, I can't believe you just wrote that - my son has his last baby teeth coming in now, and we just discovered the joy of frozen waffles this week - they are a life-saver!!!!!!! I buy the whole wheat Nutrigrain kind to be healthy....they work better than anything! :)

That's great about the frozen waffles...I'm gonna try that one...you'd think after having 5 children I would have known that one..I usually don't use Tylenol that much either...but none of my children have like the ambesol (sp?) and the teething tablets didn't work well for mine for some reason...I've heard good things for those though...what works for my little ones is to put baby Tylenol on my finger and rub it into the gums...seems to work pretty fast when I do that. Hope this helps...do yours get an acidic diaper rash when teething? Boy, my little Kate did..I was trying everything to clear it up...but nothing was working until I tried MelaGel...it cleared it up within 24 hours! I was amazed...

Have a blessed evening!
