I am a 21yr old, new mommy. Just had my first baby february 29th, 2008. My hubby is in the military, so we live right off of ft. belvoir. I'm interested in getting a group of moms together to have meet-ups, lunch, or tummy time of the sorts. If anyone is interested, or if there is already a group that could use another new mom, please let me know. I don't really have a support group in the area, and i could really use some right now, as my family live in NJ and NC.

Hi Theresa
My daughter was born January 25th. I understand needing a support group. I am also looking for one. I live in the Alexandria area. I would love to get together and introduce our munchkins and also have some adult conversation (I'm starting to reply to my husband in googoo-gaagaa voice :) ). Let me know if you would like to get together for coffee or lunch one day.

I would definitely love to get together and do lunch and sorts!! I live about 5minutes outside of Ft. Belvoir, area code 22315 (if that helps!) I am out of town in NJ with the inlaws at the moment. lol, as usual. But I will be home on the 23rd! Are you an at home mommy? work, or part time? I am a stay at home mom. So my time is WIDE open. Please let me know what is good for you, lunch, or dinner, or something. And we can find a meeting place. Where are you located at? Just so we can find a place in the middle so we both don't have to drive very far.
