I've posted a new poll - Vegemite Vs. Marmite. Seeing as I'm the only person who has voted so far, vegemite is the clear favourite! |

Neither. Another good reason I should have been kicked out of NZ:) |

Really? Your mum didn't make you eat either of those? I thought it was a law or something!
You'll find this funny, growing up we used to eat mousetraps (the kind with the beaten egg), but we have always called the recipe "Mrs Kropp's Mixture" because we got the recipe from your mum!
I baked afghans yesterday and they worked out really well ... there goes my diet! |

great idea! I can't live without my vegemite also. I'm having a teaspoon (yes, that may seem excessive) of the delicious stuff on two eggs every morning these days. I know a non-carb diet is not a good idea long term, but I have a wedding coming up (in Tauranga - i'm flying back for 2 days!) that I have to lose some long overdue baby weight for. I would love to take my boys with me, but couldn't bare to subject Liam to two 14 hour flights in a week... so Superdad is going to stay behind and mind the fort. |

Wow, 2 14 hour flights in a week would be too much for anyone!
I am taking Emma back to Dunedin with me for a month in Dec/Jan. Barak will join us right before Christmas and return with us.
I'm not looking forward to flying over there alone with Emma, she'll be 16 months old by then. Does anyone have any advice about travelling with a toddler? |
